Are you neurodivergent, aged 19+, and currently not in education or employment? Our 12 week Bridging Programme offers a flexible and supportive learning experience designed to meet your individual needs. You can enrol on as many sessions as you wish, with a bespoke approach to teaching and learning tailored to you. This programme is designed to help you build confidence, develop new skills, and take positive next steps towards education, training or employment.

This course does not lead to a qualification and is for personal development.
Who is the course for?
To be eligible for this course you must reside or work within Essex. This course is for those wishing to learn how to improve their self-confidence and mental wellbeing whilst improving skills and understanding supporting them to move forward into further education or employment.
What can I expect to learn?
You will work on individually set outcomes within a variety of different subjects including Mental health and wellbeing, Maths, English, Digital skills and employability.
How will I learn?
Learning activities will include tutor presentations, group discussions, group and individual activities, individual reflection.
How will I know how well I am doing?
Feedback will be given regularly by your course tutors and you will be encouraged to reflect on your own learning and keep a record of your progress.
Will I have to do any work at home ?
You will be encouraged to practice techniques in everyday life to help develop personal strategies in building self-confidence.
What will I need to provide?
A notepad and pen for notetaking.

There is no charge to the learner for this course.
